Pastanga
A short hike to Nopkom, located at the junction of beautiful dense virgin forest and Gaucharan village is the beautiful hilltop, from where one can have a magnificent view of Mt. Kanchanjunga, world famous Rumtek monastery and the panoramic view of the village. It is an hour walk from Pastanga. Chirping sound of the birds welcomes the visitors and meeting ethnic people and observing authentic village life is another unique experience.
